We have just returned from the most amazing holiday travelling through Egypt & Jordan. Hugh was first class, from our initial contact & putting together the most wonderful trip. His attention to detail was outstanding, whilst our local guides, reps., drivers & hotels could not be bettered. We would highly recommend a visit to Egypt to see the pyramids, along with a cruise down the Nile to see all the temples. Jordan was also very enjoyable with the highlight being Petra. Everyone we encountered was so friendly & helpful & went out of their way to make this a memorable holiday. Louise at Okavango Delta Explorations was first class with regard to booking our safaris. From the initial contact to the follow up on our return we were provided with expert knowledge and a five star service. Louise booked us three safaris (Arathusa in Sabi Sands, Nxai Pan & Kwara in Botswana) along with the small flights to and from the camps. Louise has first hand knowledge of the safari camps so was able to guide us to the ones that would be perfect for us. All the documentation we received was so helpful along with the app where you can keep up to date with your travel plans and all the information needed. We would happily book with Louise again and we are already looking forward to another trip. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent wines, excellent service

Daniel installed our charger and he did an excellent job. First class service. He called us the day before to confirm, turned up on time, explained what he would be doing and carried out the work expertly and efficiently. The end result was exceptionally neat. Daniel then went through all aspects & workings of the app. We had to wait slightly longer than anticipated for our charger (which we were informed about) but it was worth the wait and we are very happy with the result. Excellent installation and it looks stylish as well!

First class service from Oliver at the Cardiff store. He was very knowledgeable - we ended up buying two pairs of Mammut walking shoes. Also good discount which always helps. We would happily recommend and have done so already.

Much cheaper than leaving in one of the main car parks and an easy walk to the station. It has CCTV. We will certainly be using this parking area again.

I would suggest that you don't order with this Company, I have never had such bad service or quality of plants. I placed my order at the end of April and received it at the end of July. When I opened the package many of the plants hadn't survived and of those that had, some looked "half dead". Some of the plugs I threw out immediately and some I have potted but not holding out a great deal of hope! My maxi crop plant treatment which I also ordered hasn't arrived at alI! Not only that but when I originally placed my order their website didn't work properly so I was charged three times (two were later refunded). This experience with Suttons has been a "disaster" from start to finish. I also spent too long either calling or e mailing them to find out where my order was. Communication is not their strong point either! I would never order with them again. I wanted lovely plants to grow in our garden not hassle and stress.

We were looking to replace our old printer with a new inkjet multifunction printer that would be rather more economical on ink. We decided on the Brother DCP-J1100DW and found it on the Printerland site at a very good price. We placed the order and the printer arrived within 2 days in perfect condition. We have now had the printer for a couple of weeks and it is working well, light years ahead of our old printer. Difficult to imagine getting a better printer for the money. Excellent value for money and service.
