I was initially apprehensive about ordering furniture online without seeing it and from a company I have never dealt with before. But I have to say I’m very glad I did. I’m the one who contacted la maison chic to tell them I’d like to write a review because I was very grateful for their excellent service and they deserve it. Their communication was excellent. Shortly after placing the order, I called to ask for an ETA, they replied straight away. They emailed shortly afterwards to keep me updated on the quality assurance process for the sofa and arranged a delivery date that suited my travel plans as I was travelling for a week at the time. The communication around delivery was impeccable and the team delivered exactly as promised. The blush velvet sofa I ordered arrived in excellent condition. It’s lovely and is exactly as pictured.
