One of the worst companies ever. I had bought an app and when i wanted to finish the subscription i cancel the next payment and i removed the card before the renewal. But instead of things to be according to what supposed to be i was charged for another 3 months. After that we had discussions to give me back my money but they refused until 3 days ago. This discussion took place for more than 2 months and it was such a waste of time since i had all the proof. Now i have to wait 7-30 days to get my money back from these criminals.

Terrible communication. They have sent me worn sneakers and their internet website don't update their stock. They send my refund after a conversation that took two weeks.

Review of KICKZ
I have tried to return a pair of sneakers, but they don't provide any information about how to do that and without returning label. I have tried to send email to them from the day one, but I don't have an answer. Problematic communication to find a solution. I hope that I will get my refund back.
