PillTime offer a fantastic, reliable service.

I switched to PillTime after an awful experience with iPill. Prior to me using iPill (just the once!), Boots (on I think three occasions) had left me without my regular medication for 2 to 3 days, on 2 to 3 occasions, despite the "do not stop taking without medical advice" warning...

PillTime are totally reliable and genuinely care. They have an Android / iOS app that links to your NHS Patient Access account, so medication can be easily ordered every month. They send you an e-mail reminder for ordering.

PillTime's staff have excellent communication skills and unlike iPill staff, they do not find have issues with understanding, or speaking English. They are available via phone, webchat, and Whatsapp.

You also receive an onboarding / general phone call after a month to discuss any issues.

My medication is always correctly sorted into 5 daily pouches, all with my name, names of tablets, time, and date on. When switching to PillTime, you receive a sturdy metal dispensing box. Tablet pouches are a continuous role, with perforations so are easy to get off the roll when in the metal box.

Each pouch is very easy to open. Again, a big advantage over iPill.

Please, if you need your medication sorted into timed / dated pouches, PillTime should be your first option.

Boots had (on a few occasions) left me with no medication, so that is another worry eliminated by PillTime.

Parcel2Go is a brilliant website which could teach Royal Mail Business Accounts a thing or two. Once the weight and dimensions of a package are entered, a whole range of collection and drop off services are displayed and can be sorted according to the nearest drop off points, collection services, and price.

As a Royal Mail Business Account holder, I find Parcel2Go much easier, and often cheaper to use. I do not have to refer to a list of product codes, or use two different websites or a 50+ page PDF document to get pricing information.

After I ordered the wrong courier service, I entered Parcel2Go's online chat facility, and received help that was far beyond my expectations. I was sent a link to to pay the small difference between the original and new cost, and the PDF of the new label immediately e-mailed to me.
