Very pleased kept me updated on the delivery. Only down side they came in with grubby feet, I totally understand that they need to keep their shoes on for health and safety, but it would of been nice if they put on over shoes, so our carpet didn’t get dirty. Overall pretty good.

If only I could give 0 stars, I should have learnt from my sons last experience with this Hastings, after getting his insurance cancelled by this absolute joke of a company. Hastings smart miles said his car was modified, because he bought the car with black alloys, so they cancelled his insurance which was detrimental to him getting other insurances. Now my daughter has had hers cancelled after 3 months of being insured by them because, she put down the wrong job title as her job title wasn’t there. Why did they question this after 3 months, why not when she took it up at first?? Also they only refunded her half of what she paid. They did not even try and help sort this issue out, almost relished in cancelling her insurance, even though we were open and honest with the person on the phone. Avoid at all costs, you are better off paying that little extra and receiving a better service. Worst insurance company I have ever deal with.
