The products are good and just what we wanted. The delivery company let the firm down as they delivered to the wrong address and I had to complain and then got offered a replacement which I then returned as the original order turned up!!

Very apprehensive to begin with as a new way of working for me, but went on the webpage and also rang the telephone number to check all details. The lady was very helpful and offered to undertake the process over the phone. I declined and did on line, so easy, and a response back within the day.
