I bought what I thought was a beautiful suite of chair, footstools and a Chesterfield sofa from Oswald & Pablo, even paying extra for the cushions which were very well made.

Within just a few months the sofa seat had sunk so badly it became impossible to sit on comfortably. I contacted the company, explained the issue and even suggested ways it could be resolved. Their reply was simply that there was nothing they could do.

For an investment of over £4 k this is shocking. I’ve been left with an unusable sofa and appalling customer service. Please think very carefully before buying from this company.

Great service from start to finish

I had to cause to ring The customer Service department today, I had made a mistake and wanted to know if there was anything that could be done about it. I spoke to a guy called Patrick who was really helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation and kept me updated in a timely manner. To be honest, I expected the customer service department to be quite unhelpful, but they were the opposite. Thanks Patrick for your help, you are a credit to ATG.

Great service, fast delivery- reasonably priced

Good price for an excellent product, was kept up to date throughout regarding the delivery process.
