Excellent experience with BMW Stratstone, Silverlink

Both the receptionist and the person handling booking-in, costs etc. were excellent. Sam (dealt with the details) was a model of courtesy and efficiency. The facility itself was clean and modern, with high-quality waiting areas. The whole experience couldn't have been better

First service with Stratstone BMW…

I booked my car's first service with Stratstone at Silverlink. The phone booking was easy and efficient and the reception at the premises was excellent, with everything well socially distanced. I was given a desk and comfortable chair to use while I waited and the whole service took less time than I expected.

Positive review would not publish and then was non-existent

My review of a company resulted in the message: "Sorry, it seems like something’s wrong on our end. Please try again later".

Then I got an email from Trustpilot saying it had been published and gave a link to it. I pressed the link and got the following:

404
Whoops!
The page you're looking for could not be found.

This, of course, makes me less likely to review companies through Trustpilot in the future - I just can't waste my time having to deal with these errors.

Outstanding performance!

I ordered a board about 1800 x 1200 and melamine coated and edged. The whole process of ordering was straightforward and quick and the board arrived very promptly. The price was good and was better than other companies I considered

Unfortunately, despite excellent packaging and protection, a 2cm part of the melamine edging had been damaged in transit. I informed the company and received a very quick reply which was a model of good practice. Aiden, who replied on behalf of the company, was empathetic, clear, concise and described an immediate course of action.

He said that they regretted the damage that had occurred in transit and would send a replacement. I found, after reading Aiden's email, that the order had already been activated.

I was highly impressed by Aiden and Cut My Plastic and will certainly use them for future projects.

A truly excellent system

The DividendMax team have been very responsive to questions and requests, adding shares to the database on request and helping in every way.

The system is excellent and extremely clear, The information on future income, broken down by month and calendar years is incredibly useful in planning overall dividend income and future expenditures.

The identification of high income shares, using a fine range of filters to users to refine the lists generated is a wonderful tool.

Email communications and alerts are similarly excellent.

I could go on, but suffice to say that I am delighted to be a subscriber!

Easy, efficient, good communications and an excellent result

The process was very easy, yet comprehensive. it all ran very smoothly, with email notifications at all appropriate points. I would have given it 5 stars, but I was surprised not to receive more than one quote - this might have been due to the nature and size of my shipment. The quote received, however, was lower than any I received from an another site that I tried and so the result was really good. I would, unquestionably, use this site in the future.
