Good car and service. Rented a RAV4 for 3 days and the car and service were fine. Plenty of info on the website. Decided to go for their top level of insurance so there were no issues on return. Only minor point is we waited at the suggested meeting point for 20 mins before calling them so would recommend calling as soon as you get to the collection point. Would use again.

Bought a car from Cazoo and spotted a scratch on the door on collection. Cazoo reviewed and said it was out of spec so sent Revive to fix it. Called ahead to say when he would arrive and did a great job with the door panel respray. Door looks like new. Great service and would happily use again - even if I was paying.

Really simple process. Emails and calls each time we needed to complete or sign a document. No pressure to buy maintenance.

Spotted an offer of 2 pairs delivered for just under £15. Wasn't expecting great things at that price but the glasses arrived and were superb. Hard cases and great quality. Would definitely order again.

Switched to Igloo from Avro as their prices were competitive and they had a good referral scheme. Unfortunately a big price increase led me to switch back to Avro but both the switch to and from were painless. Would use again if the price was competitive.

Consistently good value, easy to get hold of and simple to switch between tariffs. I always keep an eye on the market and Avro seem to be consistently in the top 5 cheapest tariffs for me.

Phone was just as described (A grade refurb), mint condition. Arrived when it was meant to so all good.
