I ordered the personalised ‘Get Well Soon’ chocolates for my daughter-in-law, who was recovering from surgery. She was absolutely delighted. She loved the tin they came in and sent me a picture of the chocolates to show me how pretty they were. Fantastic service, clear tracking, perfect gift!

Very efficient from start to finish. Admin staff were excellent ( and also very kind as this was a probate valuation following an unexpected bereavement). Surveyor clearly a highly experienced professional and also very informative and helpful. Report arrived quickly. The company came highly recommended by my solicitor and another local surveyor who had retired. I would not hesitate to recommend Gribbon and Pelham.

Very helpful and efficient when I took out the policy on the phone. However, I haven't made a claim and of course this is the true test of a poilicy and the service! Hope I never have to find out! Five stars just based on service so far and value for money.
