I was mis-sold their Sequence legal services & lost £1100 when they failed to honour their guarantee. Ed Middle, a Branch Director, emailed a "no quibble money back guarantee" & then failed to honour it - the lack of honour & integrity goes right to the top. After wasting 2 months making a complaint to their compliance, they fobbed me off telling me to take my complaint to the Ombudsman - I assume they're hoping I just go away.
