I ordered some chains from Hopkinson cycles, and received them quickly. However, they had made an error and sent a wrong one. I emailed them and Nick replied quickly to apologise and sent me a link for a paid return and dispatched the corrected chain using a 24 hour delivery service, which I received the next day!

My order was part out of stock for a couple of days. Complete aquatics kept me informed regarding the status of my order. The tank and cabinet arrived very well packaged and as expected. We will definitely use again.
