OMG I despise Australia Post. Always the same rubbish form these unscrupulous buffoons. Every single parcel for the last 5 years - some rubbish excuse why they didn't deliver it but ... THEY NEVER EVEN ATTEMPT. No one knocks. No one rings the doorbell. Go to hell you incompetent losers.
Under quoted to get my business. Final charge ended up being 24% higher than quote. Tardy and slow responses (took them a week to even contact me). Extremely poor experience and would NEVER use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. Our quoting process is always transparent and we do provide upfront close estimations for the work depending on what information is available at the quoting stage. Our firm also offers optional additional services that are either recommended or available to clients to opt in during the conveyance process which may have increased your expected bill. However, we never do any billable work to increase our client's expenses without upfront client consent. In any case, client feedback are always valuable to us. We would request that you send us an email to feedback@leadconveyancing.com.au to provide us with further background so that we can review the same and hopefully reach a satisfactory outcome directly with you.
Garbage. Osprey packs are overpriced garbage. They used to be great but now they are trash. You're better off buying some cheap Temu/Amazon/Ali Express pack for one-sixth the price. Screw Osprey.
You have no dispute options. Had an issue with chemist warehouse whereby returned item and they refused refund. I returned the item within 15 minutes of purchase and they refused refund and after pay offers me zero recourse. It's so unfair. Once I pay off current balance I will close my after pay because you offer zero protection to customers. I am waaay more protected using Steppay with CBA as it's VISA and I get all their fraud and dispute options. Screw Afterpay and I will never spend a single $ with you folks again. YOu leave consumers at the mercy of merchants (and of course they always act with honesty and integrity!).
It has become even more obvious that Afterpay will offer you no recourse whatsoever regarding dispute. If the merchant says no for refund/return ... too bad.

Had a pre-paid plan (long expiry) and could not make/receive calls and defo could not use my data. Their coverage in inner west Sydney is horrendous. Of course, they did an "upgrade" in my area (Ashfield) which then saw even their rubbish 4g default to HSPDA. Their "support" is overseas-based garbage who have no idea what they're talking about (you'll speak to 5 different people and they ALL ask the same idiotic, irrelevant questions). I truly hope Optus is expunged from the Australian Telco landscape. They are horrendous.
Multiple issues with Optus. First was their inability to even acknowledge a post-paid service that was taken out in my name. They've never offered an explanation. They just gave me some spiel about keeping my login credentials safe. Second, their mobile data speeds on 4G even in Sdyeny are horrendous. 2 x 365 plans I was unable to use anywhere near my allocated data because it never works (I live in Inner West Sydney). Multiple "complaints" with Optus for both issues. Gone nowhere. Might have to reach out to TIO
Unfortunate. Had a credit card with Citi for 10 years. Closed it. Took over a year to have that acknowledged on my credit file despite multiple follow-ups with Citi. Eventually, they were bought out by NAB. Still took another 3 months to have that card removed from my credit file. Attending multiple NAB branches and the staff attitude was clear - they didn't care.
Pretty bad. They left a credit card I've overpaid sitting there for 10 years and made no effort to contact me (despite having same email address for 25 years). They only alerted me when they sent the money to ASIC as unclaimed. It was rather painful getting my money back.
Incompetence is unparalleled. I used to work in tech support and when trying to get my internet set up some of the "troubleshooting" steps I was asked to take not only didn't make any sense but they were downright wrong. It really just demonstrated iiNet's support was sorely lacking in knowledge. 20+ hours on the phone and 1 month of my time. All to no avail. I mean that iiNet did not even ascertain I was on an embedded network truly boggles my mind. Despite my raising this issue with them at least 10 times. Just goes to show what happens when you outsource your support to cheap South African contact centres.
Good so far. Have had an account for 20 months. No issues. Yes call wait times are looong (aren't all banks?) but generally just use their messaging service.
The first 2 years with Harbour ISP were faultless. Always excellent speeds (even faster than my stated plan). Then I don't know what happened. Some pretty serious outages (lasting over a day in some cases). I work from home so these have been extremely annoying. What's more, is their speeds are on the wane. I now rarely get my max speeds (100MB) and sometimes it gets down to 70MB which is unacceptable. It's been mostly downhill after those first 2 glorious years.
Absolute trash. I can honestly say one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Just horrendous. Tracking doesn't work, zero customer service and just plain dreadful. Avoid at all costs. If you buy from any vendor that uses them ... cancel the order.
You're sending me this when I've yet to receive my parcel and the tracking number you provided shows "no scan events found"! hahaha yeah right. Good work.
I only use Steam for conveinience. They are dreadful in their support - one of the worst companies I've come across. I will never say a good word about Steam.
Honestly I don't mind the launcher. I brought Metro and the download was at least comparable to Steam. I did contact their customer service and took them a week to get back to me. lucky the issue resolved itself. At this point I could not recommend Epic. They have A LOT of work to do. Don't get me wrong - I despise Steam (they are such a bunch of morons) and I hope Epic lift their game to compete with Steam.
