SCAM! I regret not reading the reviews before ordering. The clothes are terrible quality and the sizing is way off. My order took three weeks, one item was unavailable, and the customer service insisted on a replacement, which I refused. When the parcel arrived, there was no delivery notice or return info. The fabric is poor and the sizing is ridiculous—what should be a large dress fits like an extra small. They also charge £20-30 for return shipping and a £2.99 processing fee per item. Avoid this company!

I managed to lock myself out twice within a week but Andrew saved me both times. He arrived on time, was very efficient and quickly drill through the high security locks and installed new ones without damaging the doors. The service isn’t cheap but quick and they have a lot of different locks available immediately.
