Theft and disgraceful customer service

Theft and awful customer service. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my new phone to be delivered. Yodel have failed to deliver it and have just consistantly lied in the whole process. With their tracking system I was able to locate to the point of delivery and then there was no scan after that. Now that means the last person to have my new phone/Parcel was the delivery driver. After a week of chasing Yodel for an answer for my Parcel they have told me they have done a depot search and cant find my phone. Which means the resposibility falls back on to the driver. Who has either lost a parcel of a reasonable size in their van or it has accidentally slipped in to their pocket. Now I have to get in contact with the company I bought my phone from to get my money back. Yodel's disgraceful customer service is the worst. Their online webchat is out sourced to a company called Gnatta who work as online customer service for a number of different companies. Their automated phone system is useless and doesnt help you if you have a problem. Please avoid this disgraceful parcel company and use a more repultable one.
