My friend loved her gift, it arrived on time and in tact! Dropped a star as £30 expensive for 3 (albeit beautiful) biscuits and I had some trouble claiming the newbie discount I was offered and the support team weren't massively helpful at first but all worked out in the end.

Great customer service, Signe was so helpful, when there was a misunderstanding with my appointment time and location (the Brighton venues aren't accurate so worth checking!). Also had great service when I need to alter the time of my appointment initially. Spoken to two, kind and helpful women at Vivo, thank you!
