Let down by FedEx
FedEx, absolutely terrible. Veno Scorp were great, but they use FedEx who were terrible. Supposed to arrive on a Tuesday, no idea where it ended up till I chased and chased and eventually arrived Friday

Terrible
Terrible. Ordered a bike, free delivery but whole day slot so not even few hours that you have to sit at home. Tried bike after having to fit pedals and handlebars, rode half a mile and wasn't for me so wanted to exchange. Cost 35 pounds to return and then have to pay extra 65 as marks on pedals from fitting and grass on tyres. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole again.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way.
We do charge £35 for the return of a bike if a customer feels that the bike isn't suitable. Providing the bike is in a new and unused condition there would be no extra charge. However, we inspected the bike you returned and it was clear that the bike had been heavily ridden.
