I have finally ventured out to replace my beloved but worn out Altras in the Nottingham store and I wasn't disappointed. When after an hour of trying various trainers I started to contemplate which tiny problem I could live with, Sami dug up these perfect shoes from the back of the store and I totally love them now. Brilliant service.

No problems with delivery and liked the how to videos and advice. However, after 2 weeks of following the advice and trialling different amounts of products, it never worked once for my hair. It did produce some waves but the hair was super dry, frizzy and messy when it normally is soft to touch. The only products I used till the end was the deep hair conditioner and binned the rest.

The company is managing to operate their service quite well considering the circumstances. I received my order a few days late in comparison to the normal timescales but I received emails that updated me on the situation and managed my expectation.

It's a little too soon to tell if my kefir grains are working but I ordered them a couple of years ago and they worked fine so fingers crossed.

The meals are genuinely very healthy, low in sugar and high in fibre. I love the fact that meat is sourced with animal welfare in mind. All recipes were delicious, even the 15 mins ones!

I bought red and white ladies brogues size 7 and I absolutely love them.

It took about a week to break them in but they are a perfect fit now.

The only thing is that the shoes tend to be quite pricey but at least the quality matches the price.

Very positive experience with MyProtein customer service. I had a problem with their courier (which turned out to be my fault) and they responded in a very timely manner, kept me updated on the progress, and offered a good resolution. Hassle free!
