I have a very fussy little dog.

I have a very fussy little dog who was always difficult at mealtimes until we started her on Butternut, it was a game changer. Mealtimes are never a problem now, the plate is always licked clean. Obviously delicious as she was always fed premium makes of food but never enjoyed her meals until Butternut came along. It is a great company, today I had to contact them about altering the delivery dates and I used their AI chat bot, it was a rapid and accurate response, a really efficient experience that did exactly what I needed.

All round brilliant!

They couldn't be more helpful. Installation was brilliant and Phil the installer was a really friendly helpful guy. The softub uses a fraction of the energy my previous hot tub used and will pay for itself in savings. The Softub is great and so is the service from this excellent company.

JPS have been excellent in every way since they installed my extensive solar installation in 2023. I have now had an extra PowerWall installed. The guys are all knowledgeable, polite and considerate. I have no problem recommending JPS without any reservations. The after sales care is of the highest quality..

Octopus is the best!

Today I spoke at length with Lucia at Octopus Energy 🐙 about several questions I had regarding my Octopus Flex account. She is a credit to the company. She answered all my questions and put my mind at rest regarding smart metering and various technical questions I needed help with. She also told me about Octopus Home Mini and its advantages over the In House Display and sent me a link to register for one. Excellent service.

Non-sensical erratic billing

My wife has just spent the last 40 minutes trying to understand a broad India accented apparently untrained agent who had to keep asking his support team for advice. 30 minutes was spent in 5 minute waits. He seemed totally untrained to answer the simplest questions without putting my wife on hold. In the end he could not even tell her in an understandable way what the refund would be or the assistance his said his back-up team was to give us. My wife then ended the call as it was getting nowhere. All in all a total waste of time caused by erratic billing that could not be explained to us in any way that made sense. He did not seem to have a clue what was going on. We have been with Sky as VIP members for decades. Unless there is an improvement it won't be for much longer. Sky please train your helpdesk.

As a driver over 70 with a clean…

As a driver over 70 with a clean licence for over 50 years I find it ageist that I now have to renew my licence under threat of a heavy fine if I make any false claims. This practice by the DVLA based on nothing but age is clearly age discrimination when the over 70's have a fraction of the accidents of other groups. Add to that I applied online and returned my licence only to receive a letter a week later asking me to return my licence or I will give up my right to drive!! When you have applied online and returned the printed form with your licence it seems a good idea to some idiot to start posting you letters escapes any logic and wastes resources. No wonder the DVLA doesn't achieve any reasonable service level.

Do not give anyone a Virgin Experience if you care for them!

We received a Virgin Experience Day gift that has turned into a nightmare. First our voucher comprised 2 experiences. When we tried to book them via Virgin the second was cancelled with no explanation. A week later an email reply to my email said only the first voucher should have been used for both events. Nowhere was this mentioned. We have now tried to book our second event but have had to pay an extra £9 and nowhere are we able to find out where the event is to take place. Following next steps just keeps returning us back to the choose your experience page and all the I am not a robot rubbish verification but still we have no idea where we go to have our experience. Another email to the helpdesk and I expect another week's wait. The tickets at this rate will run out and we will have to pay another £20 to extend them. Another RIP OFF!

Do Nothing to renew your contract.

The drop in Powershop customer service was totally due to Eon. They took over Powershop and made a mess of it. I was £650 in surplus when Eon took over and stole my £650. It Took me months to get back my money. Now I have reached the end of my Powershop contract Eon have doubled my tariff. EON Stands for Extortionate Overpriced Network. I intend not to accept any contract offered but go on the default tariff. This means you qualify for the OFGEM cap which is better than any current available tariff. As far as I can see the cap on electricity is 21p per kwh for comparison.

Waiting weeks for delivery. Customer service non-existant

No delivery of my order for 5 trees for £151.94p that should have been delivered in 3 to 5 days. It is now weeks later still no trees and no response from them or their website contact form. No refund as requested on the contact form. Their telephone message says that they are not answering due to covid!! I am now taking steps to recover my £151.94p from the credit card company.

This is not the way to treat your valued customers as you call us on your website. I won't be a customer of yours any longer. Disgraceful treatment.

Great After Sales Service and a Great Product.

The team at Brizebox are excellent. Their support has exceeded my expectations. After losing my keys to the Brizebox they were able to sort out the problem for me very quickly, all as part of their aftersales service. The Brizebox itself is of very high quality, adds a certain flair to my property entrance and reflects the high standard theme that runs through the whole Brizebox company.
