Good service, but be persistent!

Like any kitchen retailer, be persistent, and you'll get the kitchen you want at the price you want. However, make sure you're dealing with the right person. I was ready to cancel when the manager was suddenly able to lower the price. When we went for our final design session, the designer was off sick so the assistant manager took his place, and was able to accommodate the corner and larder units we wanted, when the previous designer had been unable to.
The installation was carried out efficiently in three days with a minimum of fuss.
