Excellent service again from Duncan

Returned to the store and purchased another sofa from Duncan. He was expecting us but he left us alone to browse around the whole store but did check in on us to check we were ok and he provided input when required. Eventually we narrowed our search down and we needed Duncan's help. He was so patient and kindly went through the description of the sofas in detail helping us with our requirements. We chose a sofa that we liked but that was quite firm and not soft enough so he explained how the seated cushions could be exchanged from a foam to a different inside that would need plushing up to keep them in their proper shape, as we look after things this didn't cause us a problem. We also decided to change and want something different on the scatter cushions and this wasn't a problem Duncan said we could change a colour. we went through the order process and then came up with another idea for the sofa cushions and Duncan said he would go away and get a price for this. Nothing was a problem at all, whatever questions we threw at Duncan he answered us with a smile and not once made us feel stupid for asking or made us feel like timewasters. We can't wait now for our new sofa to arrive. Well done to Pratts for employing such a great team of sales staff, it's clear they are all very passionate about what they do and putting the customer first as they are all very friendly when walking around the store.

DIRTY AND TORN SOFA, HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Received delivery of the sofa and it wasn't packaged correctly and when we took the packaging off after the delivery we noticed horrendous dirty marks and torn leather, same as a customer below i'm just being ignored, we've sent photos we've followed up on phone calls and it takes over 30 minutes to get through,when i first got through over a week ago they couldn't speak to me the dept i went through to as they said it hadn't gone through to their team yet and it was still with the initial team and i had to wait for an acknowledgement of my photos. absolutely disgusting customer service.

Harrogate (Roger) Fantastic ambassador for the company

Our local representative in Harrogate (Roger) provides a fabulous service. We've been going to Roger for many years for our blinds and we wouldn't go to anybody else. We trust that he provides a fantastic service from start to finish, we've never had any issues from the order process through to fitting. We are able to message him direct to arrange an appointment and he's always responsive. The quality of the product at Hillarys is exceptional, we've had different types of blinds over the years and they've not faded, no issues with the quality at all, we've just decided to replace frequently with change of colour schemes etc. Can't remember Hillarys enough, thank you Roger for the fantastic service you provide.

Dreadful communication and I have not received a receipt or my landlord certificate as requested absolutely useless and will never use you again and when you ring the amount of options is ridiculous
