Excellent all round experience

Excellent all round experience from start to finish. I sent two watches, one for a full service and the other for a new battery. I had to wait a while for my Omega to be serviced as one of the parts was not in stock, when the part arrived my watch was priority to complete the service. Excellent customer service keeping me updated throughout the small delay. Fantastic Company, I will be sending my Watches for a top class experience.

Disappointed with Customer service experience …

Started selling on this sight a couple of weeks ago, my 3rd sell was lost by Evri, vinted said they were looking into it and would reply within 48 hours, been 4 days now and still no reply, very frustrating there is no contact us by phone, email or anything, very disappointed

Very poor quality item

The DVD Box set I bought was was disappointing the outer casing is very shoddy the case is torn, I bought this for a Christmas gift but its too tatty to give to someone

Will never use this company again !!…

Will never use this company again my delivery never turned up, had to go out for takeaway. Thankfully I did get a refund from the company but will not be ordering g again
