Had to call up a couple times regarding…

Had to call up a couple times regarding delivery asked for it to be delivered to my workplace but had still not arrived at the end of the day… sent specific info regarding delivery had no response from my emails pre- delivery to check they had received info. The cake was nice, although when I got it the macaroons on the doir cake looked disheveled , one had fallen out of its position and a small piece had broken off the other..!! Overall the cake did look nice but should have at £100 plus delivery for the smallest one

Efficient .. excellent scrap price given compared to some.. straightforward.. job done… I would not bother looking anywhere else for best price. They don’t try to add conditions I got the full quote in my bank within hours of car being picked up

I think the fact that you cannot cancel…

I think the fact that you cannot cancel a repeat order without making a phone call is disturbing .
I did not want to commit initially to my first order on a definite repeat order. The “ change” “ pause” options are to suit the company rather than the customer, whatever you change or pause goes back to original repeat order for the following week. After a long phone call & wait to speak to a person I still seem to have 1 pint on repeat order I will have to make a phone call again to cancel this. I would use them to my convenience for one off orders .

Good quality coat

Good quality coat. Great fur hood. Some can look cheap but I have recently purchased two from super dry and loved them both. Sizes come up big I had to return and choose smaller size if you like a snug fit order a size smaller than you normally do

Loved it.. excellent quality... photos capture time.. even memories fade... PastBook is now my best dinner table book as all my friends are in it.. promoting conversations of our shared times.

Agent Paul Crump was fab

Agent Paul Crump was fab
The only thing I didn't like was being bombarded with messages and e- mails I would have preferred to login and catch up when I wanted too.
I had a buyer within a week let's hope it all runs smoothly.
I did experience difficulties with website which is frustrating
The best part was the agent Friendly and helpful
