Avoid at all costs

Able attended to fix a problem double-glazed door. Initial work seemed Ok but had problems locking so called to arrange a follow up visit. Able failed to appear on the first day, letting me know at 12:40, then failed again on the second day due to a "family emergency", letting me know mid afternoon. When the issue was finally resolved it was a chargeable job as arguably unrelated (door set was adjusted as door had already been fully adjusted, but the problem originally reported was that the door didn't open/shut properly), but despite wasting two days of my time they still insisted on charging me and sales advisor didn't seem at all interested in the fact they'd wasted two days of my time.
