Delivery did not arrive on date when YODEL advised and confirmed. If arrived unexpectedly the next day. Parcel left against door not handed to resident as stated was required to be done.

First timer! Awful. Booked three trains from Brussels to Cologne, then two days later to Hamburg, then next day to Copenhagen. At Brussels-MIDI, lift got stuck for 25 mins with 15 people inside. Useless emergency call operative. On a later than reserved train, we had no first class seats. On our train to Hamburg, it was very late. People sitting in our reserved first class seats did not want to move. Carriage compartment was hot and cramped. Useless air con. On train to Copenhagen, platform changed 5 mins before it departed - chaos with passengers resulted - 38 mins late leaving and arrived into Copenhagen 60 mins late; was old, very hot, had poor air con and uncleaned when we boarded. First Class was like second class in UK inter city trains. Horrible experience. Will fly in future. Shame.
Tried to book a ride ahead. My home did not appear in the drop down menu so I just used the postcode and left a message to describe the address. Called up an hour later and the customer care could not locate the booking or my email address, even though I gave her the booking reference received via email. Teething problems perhaps, but no way to contact Veezu for providing customer feedback. Should improve customer interface for feedback.
Excellent client service response. Short hold time. Friendly advisor.
Deletion of my active phone messaging service during May or June was automatically enacted by UW, so a waste of my time. Why? No reason given. Tech flaw. I did not cancel it myself.
Overall, things like this happen and UW resolved the matter efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Delivery rescheduled for today. No updated scheduled delivery for today. Nothing to say when package would arrive. Communication black hole. No easy way to pass views to management, only via call centre. Appears an antiquated service compared to many logistics companies. Poor experience. 1/5 at best. Still waiting so rescheduled delivery yet again.

Waited 15 minutes in a telephone call queue on 13 July 2023 at 15:30 to speak to someone at the RAH booking / ticket desk. No queue information. Antiquated. Dreadful service. Hung up after 15 minutes.
Exchanged faulty hiking boots with fantastic support from experienced Petersfield male store manager / senior assistant. Friendly, knowledgable, supportive, easy exchange process, advised benefits of thin walking socks so bought a pair. Great chat. Superb service.

Avoid. Not reliable. Worse than useless. Booked a day in advance and could not locate driver! Awful. Advised at time of required taxi. Avoid. Do not use. Do not rely upon this app.
