We have an unusual car for the UK an Infiniti QX70. Parts are hard to get hold of or ridiculously expensive from the main agents which are scarce. I’ve recently bought lots of parts for the car, brake discs, pads, wishbones, anti roll bar link arms etc. and all have arrived and fitted perfectly apart from one item which I’m sending back this week.

Fantastic service from start to finish as always

Diabolical. We live in a bungalow which has a choice of 5 doors ranging from normal to patio to French doors and the delivery team pulled their face and threatened to abort the delivery. We have a gravel drive which meant they couldn’t use a trolley so just moaned all the way through. The suite hasn’t been put together properly, none of the feet have been adjusted, nothing lines up, all in all shocking for a £6,000 suite. We complained immediately and someone is coming out to hopefully try and put some of the issues right? Terrible experience.

The trainer Louise was absolutely fantastic and the things I’ve learnt will stay with me for ever. Before the course I wouldn’t of had a clue what to do should someone fall ill but now I’m confident I could possibly make all the difference. Brilliant!!

Repaired Karcher jet washer for £20 with part from Ransom Spares rather than a new unit for £300. Absolute no brainier and will be using this company again.

Called them 45 minutes after their next day deadline, asked if they could still get the goods to me (also 30th December), they processed the order and got it to a courier for next day delivery. Fantastic service !! Also good sale discount on what I needed so win win for me. Many thanks and will definitely be using them again.

We purchased a five year old car at the weekend from Infiniti Stockport and got treated like we had had parted with £50K for a brand new one. The sales team were superb, couldn't do enough for us and even delivered the car. The QX70 itself is an absolute gem and we are extremely pleased with it. Such a shame to see these discontinued in the UK when the build quality is as good as or even better than any german equivalant. We've had virtually every brand of 4x4 out there and this has to be the best so far with regards to build quality. Massive thanks to the dealership.

Absolutely great company and facilities, thoroughly enjoyed the BOAS refresher I recently did. I’ve used one of their main competitors considerably in the past for lots of training etc. but I must say I genuinely preferred using Byworth without the pomp, bells & whistles some other companies seem to focus on instead of honest down to earth real world steam knowledge & training. Will definitely use for all my needs in the future 👍
