Worst bank I have ever seen. They go against the law discriminating european citizens that does not need to have a residence permit. Talking to their supoort was really awful, a very angry and rude employee who doesnt care at all about what you need. Stay away. There is no way this bank continue in business very long with their behaviour. There are several better options for banking

A nightmare shame. More than a month since I sent my order back, no updates and no money. Never again Lenovo. Save your time and your money. Lets see when I get my money back..

Bad company on bad times. Their crap products works quite bad and breacks quite fast. Then you try to contact irobot for a repair under warranty after arpund a year more or less working..and that's even worse than the product. Lots of information requested, lots of time lost. Looks like the play with you, apart of ignoring you. It's quite annoying to see a lot of your money lost just to throw to the bin an expensive scam

Edit(12/2021):As expected, Nobody contacted me and finally The replacement that I received and the other Bosch unit were also total craps. I had to buy a new one at another shop. They were old/out of date, or fake or defect. I don’t know, but unusable. Money lost. Run away from this place.
First, it took 10 days for my windshield wiper to arrive, and was broken. So I was more than 2 weeks sending emails with pictures and finally I was offered 6€ to repair it!!! I told them I would handle this with my legal insurance and finally, after almost a month, I received it. But I was always, at every email, asked about the VIN code of my car, Why???
I suffered all kind of tricks. I felt like dealing with scammers.

The web Shop is a total nightmare. For the moment more than one month trying to have my money back and having lies after lies from support. I have been using Samsung mobile phones for years..never again..cheap and bad products sold like good ones at crazy prices. A lot of beta products sold as functional at crazy prices. They just have stolen my money and looks impossible to have a refund.

Disaster,
Bought a s21 ultra...after 7 minutes of a zoom call..it goes off and restart as is almost burning.
I began the return process and after 2 weeks they still not receive the phone..lots of calls to support...all lies...It was much more expensive at the webshop and now I am begging to have my money back and I don’t know what is going to happen..a lot of money lost..I would have to hire a lawyer to try to get my money back.

I have bought all kind of things for years at bol.com. The service is really good and most of times all arrive on time. But sometimes you get good looking second hand/used articles when buying it new. Just Need to be very careful with some offers, they advise even 50% discount, but you can find the same article a lot cheaper than that in other places. Sometimes I have felt really scammed, but that has been with third party sellers and Bol always covered all problems. Warranty and service is really good

Bought 226 euros supposed new battery, and got an used second hand one. Just scammers

Products are ok and at a good price, but I made an order for one day delivery and only half of the products arrived on time, with no advice nor any email or nothing about the rest. Had to send an email, that was no answered and called and they told the rest was going to arrive. 3 later I had the rods at home.
