Feels like a scam. Ordered a Nintendo Switch on 16th of November, and 11 days later Royal Mail still have not received it. Someone did eventually reply to my email where I requested a refund but asked for bank details, sort code and account number. Don't understand why they cannot just refund as normal through my card payment. Very suspicious and I don't trust this company at all.

Dreadful service from start to finish. Website often crashed and the application process was an absolute mess. Took deposit almost immediately and proceeded to take a long long time for the application process. Four different customer service departments wanted nothing to do with me. Awful. Avoid them at all costs!
