I bought a bunch on items for the Lakeside store and paid extra for delivery.
They then changed my delivery date without informing me.
I called the customer service and the first person put me on hold until the phone line cut off.

The amount of streess this incompetent company has caused me is unbearable. I had to change all my travel plans because of this.
