I sent an email asking for advice on how to make my SP account into a joint one with my husband. I had a response within a few hours with the info I needed.

My reply from Savannah was very clear. I'm following her guidelines and, hopefully, the problem will be resolved.

I thought I was talking to Currys! A very helpful lady called Daria did help me. She gave me the service number to deal with my problem.

I saw that there would be (what I thought) a one off returnable payment of £5. I was charged 2 amounts £5.01 and £39.05 subscription fee!

It's my own fault, I should have been more vigilant. I cancelled immediately.

We had no problems with Luna from start to finish. After speaking to Maxine initially, Steve and Claire came to our caravan to take photos etc and next day we had an offer - which we accepted. A deposit was in our account the same day.

All negotiations with the caravan site owners and buyer were done by Luna so we had none of the hassle. The whole experience was trouble free for us and we would thoroughly recommend Luna to anyone thinking of selling their caravan.

We had our annual gas safety check on Tuesday. Tweety and Billy explained what they were doing (in language we understood!) and, as usual, were very efficient and friendly.

We broke down suddenly on the M1 at around 5am - so it was dark. Highway SOS towed us into a layby for safety. I contacted the AA and we didn't have to wait too long - a couple of hours. We had a call from the recovery driver who asked where we had broken down. My wife read the directions on the blue location board situated in the layby. Unfortunately the driver didn't understand this - although we believed that this information was used to locate a broken down vehicle! My wife then said 'M1 southbound, near junction 14, opposite Amazon'. He understood this instruction and appeared about half an hour later.

We were then towed safely home.

Had our Gas Safety Check on Wednesday (18/08). As ever Tweety arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and left us feeling very secure.
