just Cards notified me by email they had received my order which was sent by post and it was delivered in two days

Delivery was notified as being out of the scheduled time. but within the new time

.On 21 /4 /2023 I placed my order knowing I would be away for a few days and It would be several days for it to be delivered.
I arrived home to day to find the order on my back doorstep covered in raindrops. There was no note to say where the delivery would be. The delivery could have been placed in my garden shed where an order from another company had placed their order.
Very disappointing

I placed an order for domestic fuel 0n 9/32023. I was advised it would be delivered in up to 10 working days.
the order was delivered on 13/03/2023.

My order was scheduled to be delivered with in 7 working days of placement.
It was delivered according to schedule. ON day of delivery I was given a time slot during which it was delivered by a courteous driver

I was impressed by the speed at which my was delivered and the packaging.
I ordered two tops both the same size,
I kept the blue prima cotton top as the quality and fit were good.
I returned the brown stripped one as it was too big with the sleeves being excessively long for a woman of my physique.

Appreciated my parcel being delivered safely when not at home

I have been with first utility for several years. I have fond the staff very helpful. The gentle man who handle the process for finding the best contract spoke clearly and slow enough for me u understand all that was involved. I have a new contract with which I am pleased.
I would like to have given you a 5 star rating. unfortunately I spoke with one member of staff prior to this whom I found difficult to follow.
