The invisible dishwasher
Friday 13th August. Waited in all day for a delivery of a dishwasher. The time frame was originally 7am -7pm. Then I receive an e-mail to say it will be 9am -1pm. Nothing turned up. Rang Argos who said best to wait until 7pm. Waited until 7pm and then rang Argos again who told me the item was never on the van in the first place! And yet nobody could be bothered to ring me and tell me thus saving me wasting a whole day! Customer service is a joke! Cancelled the order. waiting for a refund.

Excellent service
I have purchased from World of Books on several occasions. I have always found that they offer an excellent service. The books are always as described. Their customer service level is high, on one occasion I ordered the wrong copy and they were very helpful in their advice on how to return it free of charge and get a full refund.
