Great assistance for a first-time buyer
Long story short, I ended up accidentally creating a duplicate preorder when I found my card was getting declined over and over. I contacted them and explained the situation about how I was double charged when I only wanted one, and they happily fixed it for me by cancelling one of the orders. I even got refunded a couple days later! They were very kind and understanding.
