V12 retail finance is so easy to apply for and access afterwards, well done to Specialized for using them as their preferred partner.

We ordered a 12 piece granite saucepan set, plus a lot of extra items, they all arrived the very next day. Unfortunately several of the larger pans were damaged from transit, but Procook arranged a courier to collect the faulty items the next day and immediately provided replacements. They even gave us a goodwill gesture in way of compensation for the order not being perfect first time. Customer service is second to none as well as the quality of their products. Highly recommended.
