Poor quality product/ materials in reality. You get what you pay for. So when paying more, it gets you a better quality product....FACT. These may be suitable if sticking on, but if drilling through them then don't bother they're super brittle materials. Pointless complaining in honesty, is what it is and I dont want another one either.
Review of Yodel by InPost
Driver showed update of parcel delivered. When I downloaded the Yodel App to see where parcel was they had taken a picture of the main road whilst driving past the entrance lane to my property. So in effect NOT delivered but driven past and marked as delivered. Shocking service which I.will chase with firm I ordered my item with. Shocking service.....

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced. This is not the service we aim to provide. It is completely unacceptable that the driver marked your parcel as delivered and took a picture of the main road while driving past the entrance lane to your property.

Can take a while to get through, phoned about my renewal to inform of change of occupation. Only to be landed with a policy cancellation and increase in cost due to being unemployed. This is outrageous as bike is laid up 6 mts of the year anyway, and only a weekend toy. Anyway, rant over. Just remember the person on the end of the phone is not necessarily a rider, thus doesn't understand that being unemployed is short term and bike wont get ridden anymore than usual either. 😒

Great to deal with, only reason they don't have 5* is because the online functions are clunky regarding making online changes.
On several occasions adding and removing private reg, I have had to email instead as calling can be too long winded and time consuming.

Review of X Watch
Stear Clear of this, advertised as Xwatch but its no different to any other series 5 rubbish. Lasts 24 to 48 hours tops. Bluetooth won't hold its connection, so constantly disconnecting. Syncs to phone book and call log, yet fails with messages. Rip off, and customer service just fob you off requesting video clips. Only upside was the that I answered my phone once and spoke to watch rather than mobile phone, however it would be nice if it picked up messages. BASICALLY NOT QUITE THERE IN TERMS OF WHAT THEY CLAIM IT DOES.

BEWARE, I ordered from their road legal drop down list and was sent an illegal plate. When confronting the issue they firstly ignored my email, then declared that 9x7 was the legal size I required, not the 6x4 they sold me from within the Road Legal selection. CON ARTIST. Although they did correct website when I pointed it out. Plenty of honest companies to choose from, just research DVLA laws before ordering.
