Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have taken a look into this, in which I can see an order was placed for our Next Day service. This was estimated to arrive on Monday 6th, but was delivered earlier than scheduled on Saturday 4th.
I am so sorry to hear you were unhappy with the item you received. We will look at the styles you have ordered and investigate immediately.
Items are sized in house with our very own fit model, this is to ensure sizing is accurate throughout. Again, this will be looked at through our investigation.
