Used to be a great first stop company for all your CC needs, especially if you are a small local business. After a couple of years once they were taken over by Teya and some internal issues arise at their HQ is when the issues started to be very apparent. We have given the notices of immediate termination and not to renew our agreement which they never fulfilled and kept charging us for months after simply blanking out our emails and having the brass neck to charge us liquidations damages, administrative fees and cancellation fees. Task next to impossible to get through to someone at customer service and thankfully all our contracts are to be terminated in due time after relentless back and forth communication.
RMS is shambolic and shady company with appalling customer service and dreadful manners. Go with any local CC payment solutions provider/institution with good reputation, do not trust these clowns at RMS.

One of the best coffees I have ever had, fast delivery and simple yet nice packaging, would probably welcome wider variety of different roasts, otherwise keep up the good work guys!

Mediocre experience - reasonably priced frame that has been advertised being in stock but in fact was not, I have been advised in a couple of days that the goods are not available so requested a refund which has been processed in next couple of days.
Needles to say that I needed the frame asap hence the reason for my order as they advertise fast dispatch for in stock products. Pretty disappointed and wont be coming back as the first impression matters. Visit your local optician instead.

Horrible experience with CF and their contractors, our business has been crippled by plastic barriers for more than 6 weeks, workers coming whenever it suits them, had to re-dig the cable at least once and left the pavement unsurfaced with so much dust particles that all the shops resorted to clean it themselves as the contractors were not bothered at all. So in the end we were left with puzzle like looking pavement, disruption of business and scratched doors and windows as a result of poorly made job. Shame on you city council to even pay them for this.

Ebay used to be a great place to sell and buy, easy to start with but their fees are unreasonably higher and higher and once you run out of stock or your averages are decreasing and they are not able to squeeze you anymore they even have the audacity to send you email starting with ''It's your last month to get back on track....you will need to make improvements to prevent further action being taken against your account....you may be permanently restricted from selling.''
Hundreds of positive reviews, no delays on postage, any disputes and refunds sent immediately - none of that matters as whenever Ebay feels they are not able to milk you anymore so they throw you under the bus.
Cannot wait to get rid of my last listings and close my account with them and move on to more accessible and friendly platforms rather than sneaky and obnoxious Ebay

I have been browsing for a good coffee for a while and once I have bumped into Ueshima I was eager to give it a shot- outstanding quality, very fast delivery and great price! Everyone in the office has been so amazed and we are looking forward for our coffee breaks. I would probably welcome wider portfolio of blends and roasts but hey- keep it simple keep it cool, so they say.
