I booked my eye test, chose new glasses and had them in less than a week. Excellent service, no waiting around. I think this is my fourth visit to Specsavers, I won't be going anywhere else.

Ordered an item from Amazon, expected delivery date was 09/07/2022. It arrived a day early delivered by Yodel, my Saturday won't be wasted now waiting in for it.

Text message today at 14.40hrs stating parcel will be delivered today between 17.30hrs and 19.30hrs.
Text message and photo at 17.48 saying "parcel has been delivered".
Not got a clue who's house it was delivered to or the persons leg and foot in the picture but it wasn't my house.
How can such a big company get things so wrong.

I applied online to hire a "garden/lawn roller". The price for a weekend was £26.09, I paid online and had an invoice emailed to me. Went to the Trafford Park HSS to pick up the roller to be informed the price has gone from £26.09 up to £43.00 for the weekend, I asked how can it increase so much in the space of less than an hour and showed the guy my invoice. I was asked to wait a moment while he checked again. He came back and asked if I had ordered a "Jerry can" when I said I hadn't he went off again to cancel the Jerry can. On his return the cost of hire had risen again to over £50 for the weekend and a deposit of over £125. I said to cancel my order as I could buy a roller for £40.
Driving back home HSS rang me to inform me they didn't actually have a roller at the Trafford Park depot but one was in stock at Bolton.
I informed the caller I had cancelled my order.

Ordered online for collection from my local Toolstation. Got a text within minutes of placing my order to say it was ready for collection. When I went to pick up my order there was a small queue of customers but the staff were efficient and I was in and out of the store within minutes.

Easy to use website to order from, whacker plate ready to collect with a full tank of petrol. Cheapest from all the sites I looked on. Will definitely use again

I ordered my purchase online and within minutes I received a text stating my goods were ready for collection. Ordered, paid for and collected in the space of 20 minutes. Can't do better than that during this pandemic. Well done Toolstation

Helpful staff, really good prices on all glasses. A member of staff also brought my glasses to my house because I had recently had surgery on my leg. That's what I call service, going above and beyond.
