I will report as fraud to police! They charged my card on 29/12/2024 without any apparent reason. When inquiring with them, they said I had some sort of membership with them - I hard ordered with them once in October 2022 (which was an unpleasant experience in itself) and all charges back then were one-off charges. They now allege that their "membership" terms have changed and they did send emails about the upcoming payment. I have not received such emails. They refuse to refund this "membership charge".

Ordered a MacBook and after 1 day the order was cancelled. When trying to place another order, the provided discount code for the cancelled first order did not work. Emailed them about that - no answer. Tried to find a way on the website to contact them but all routes lead to the FAQ page. Basically no way to speak to anyone.

Went for the first time to Milton Keynes iFly. Asolutely fantastic day out. All was as booked online: we had an induction (how to and safety), got the gear and went flying with the instructor. Very welcoming athmosphere throughout, positive and encouraging instructor, exhiliarating experience - we had a blast! All felt safe and well organised. Warmly recommended!

I have to admit, I got a bit nervous when I saw all the negative reviews here (after I had purchased the ticket) but the experience was positive and smooth throughout. I received the ticket through email notification/login even a day earlier than expected and it worked absolutely fine to gain access to the concert venue. Great show I would not have seen if I had not been able to buy the ticket on stubhub!

Had been looking for a while to replace disposible razors with a safety razor and decided on buying a Leaf Shave. When I found it on ecopandas, it was sold out, so I signed up to their 'back in stock alert' which worked really well. I received an email when stock was back, ordered my razor and it arrived in no time. Delivery was also free of charge. Packaging was fully plastic free and they had taken the time to write a personal note, saying they hoped I'd enjoy the product. Lovely shop!

Ordered a kick scooter which was delivered super quickly (next day, despite me only selecting standard delivery).
Unfortunately, it was faulty / broke in multiple ways after the first few uses. Tried to get in touch with Halfords multiple times to set up a courier collection as the item was too large for the post.
Phone lines were closed, web chat not working (or constantly no agents available), no email address displayed on website. Tried over their twitter account, where I was just being fobbed off for weeks.
Finally, after 1 month (!) of trying, I got through to customer services via web chat on the website (just by chance trying again). Collection after this was arranged quickly. Took a lot of time and nerves for what should have been a simple return within statutory rights. Not likely to order from them again.

Started using this as I cannot go to a studio due to the lockdowns. Was skeptical at first, as I love to do yoga in a studio set-up but the experience is just great. The app offers a variety of practices that are highly customisable (type/level/duration/pace of the practice; background music/voice; detail of instructions and specific focus on areas to improve).
The app gives a good overview of previous practices in a calendar format, so it's easy to track progress and check in on commitment.
This is probably the next best thing to 1:1 in-person lessons. Can absolutely see me continuing this even when things are back to normal as an addition to my studio practice or when travelling.

Trotz Kündigung einer ungenutzten Domain wurde diese für ein weiteres Jahr in Rechnung gestellt. Auf Nachfrage, hieß es man habe die Email mit dem Kündigungswunsch nicht erhalten. Nachdem ein Screenshot von der Email mit Kündigungswunsch übersandt wurde, hieß es selbst bei Eingang wäre dies zu spät gewesen. Der Kündigungswunsch war direkt nach Eingang der neuen Rechnung versandt worden, vorher keine weitere Kommunikation von United Domains. Es wurde argumentiert, dass bereits Kosten entstanden waren, die Domain für ein weiteres Jahr zu registrieren. Mein Kompromissvorschlag nur die Registrierungskosten in Rechnung zu stellen wurde auf sehr unhöfliche Weise mit Verweis, dass die Kündigungsemail nicht auffindbar ist, abgelehnt.
Die ganze Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice war sehr schwierig - die Mitarbeiter sind nur schwer telefonisch erreichbar. Auf Rückrufbitten wurde mit der Begründung man hätte mich nicht erreicht (obwohl ich keine verpassten Anrufe auf dem Telefon hatte) nicht reagiert. Ich habe mehrfach aus dem Ausland anrufen müssen, wodurch natürlich weitere Kosten entstanden sind.
Alles sehr dubios, wahrscheinlich eine klassische Abo-Falle auf die ich reingefallen bin. Jedenfalls kein seriöses Unternehmen, intransparent. Es wird jedenfalls nicht auf ein vertrauensvolles Verhältnis zu den Kunden Wert gelegt sondern lieber getrickst wo es nur geht.

Had a 1y fixed tarif with them. What can I say - it's an energy provider - gas and electricity supply went smoothly. Direct debit was adjusted according to different usage in winter / summer to avoid over/underpayment. Unfortunately, customer service weren't flexible to provide a bill for a specific date when there was a change in occupants in the shared accommodation despite being given exact meter readings from the day in question. Also quite steep increase after 1y, which led to me switching supplier.

Used to book a couple of coach journeys in Spain. Really easy and convenient, charged in GBP exactly the amount as shown on website (no unpleasant surprises or non-sterling fee), accepts AMEX and has a feature to add the ticket as mobile ticket to the Apple wallet. What else can one ask for?
Would recommend and use again myself!

Bought in January and been using it since. The case appears well made and protective with the edges being higher than the screen, so I've spared myself the screen protector since. (would have even come with a complimentary one)
Hard to tell if it would live up to the advertised promises as my phone hasn't had a major fall since (I generally take good care of my belongings) and in any case, I'd find it hard to imagine a scenario of such crazy falls like in the adverts.
Minor point of criticism is that the top layer varnish of the design on the back (I have it in 'Shell') started coming off after just a month and the case now looks very worn. No harsh use - seems to be a problem with the material. Since this does not impair functionality, I wouldn't want to replace the case because of that (environmental impact!) but would expect given the high price tag better quality!

Used National Express a couple of times from and to Stansted (to varying destinations in London) - always uncomplicated and timely. Some drivers could be a little more friendly bust vast majority of staff are happy to help if any questions. Big plus that they run a service from Stansted during the night even after the last trains have left. Can recommend.
