I have to admit while I was waiting for GoPro to comeback to me as my returned camera Hero 6 was busted due to a water leak, I started reading all of the reviews on this site and I litteraly freaked out.
I used the chat method to communicate with them, and I have to say, they were awesome, I asked to send me by mail every updates they had.
Within a week, they got me a new GoPro (under warranty) without any problems.
Do not hesitate to call or chat, I think they are trying to do a huge effort in customer service.
My experience was great and needed to share it. I know it can be very frustrating as we all want everything to be done fast... I think they got that!
