Purchased 6x6 popular greenhouse on 24/03/23. which was finally delivered on 27/04/23. After erecting using very poor instructions etc I then find I am short of rubber glazing sealant and notify Halls (01/05/23)who send some pieces of the rubber but it’s insufficient as I’ve eight more glazing panes to install so I email Halls yet again requesting about 6 meters!
I’m still waiting six days later and no reply to my email!
It’s very frustrating not to mention annoying to have to wait for something so essential to a greenhouse to finally enjoy using it. Not impressed with the service but the greenhouse is good quality when ALL ITS PARTS ARE HERE🙄

Ordered and paid for but no response from my polite emails as to when my delivery will be made. Poor attitude to paying customers seems to be suffered by others along with delivery issues. Can’t see me using these people again!

Received my light fitting and the recommended bulbs all but annoyingly found that the supplied bulbs were screw ES and the light fitting was bayonet BC!
Emailed to notify and all was resolved with replacement bayonet type bulbs sent a few days later. If I am picky I would say that the manner and tone of the email reply seemed less than customer friendly hence four stars.

Ordered a water butt stand and anfter three days without anny update I asked how it was going for delivery. The reply was not inspiring and pointed to it being in around 7 - 10 days!
Given that it’s sent via DPD I would have expected it a lot sooner as I have had numerous deliveries via DPD which never take very long. The website suggests they are fast at delivering but after looking through comments on Trustpilot it appears most issues are concerned with missing or late arrivals and I saw the writing on the wall! I should have looked here first. I’ve cancelled my order as I can’t wait another 7-10 days as I already have waited 4 days. If the item is in stock it should be on its way the next day after purchase IMHO For some this might not be a problem and maybe I’m picky but I’ve ordered the same item from Amazon and it’s arriving tomorrow! Granted it’s a tad dearer but I don’t think deliveries should take that long. I won’t be using evengreener again sadly.

Ordered a special Christmas candle which was dealt with swiftly and without hitch. Very well packed and delivered in very good condition. Not a cheap item nor indeed was the postage but I suppose that having our good kings connections one can’t grumble🙂
I shall certainly aim to purchase again from what I feel to be a hallmark brand of quality. Thank you.

A little confusing email indicating delivery on Monday but did not occur. Second email showing delivery Tuesday along with time etc. All delivered with a very pleasant and efficient manner.
