Paid for product in December of 2024…
Paid for product in December of 2024 and never received the product until i finally after several attempts of representatives telling us it was going to be shipped finally received it. We had gone ahead after almost 7 weeks of yes its shipped and US Bath couldn’t even provide us with a tracking number we ordered from Ferguson Enterprises and received within 8 days and paid less for the product! Will never order from you again. Then we returned the product back to US Bath and it was returned to us. Terrible service
