We booked a bus from Saint Martin de Belleville to Geneva airport. We were informed that a bus would pick us up by the city hall to connect in Moutiers to the airport. We were given the name of a few possible carriers that might pick us up. We arrived 20 minutes early and waited 30 minutes past and no bus arrived for us. We repeatedly tried calling the 'emergency' number only to get a recording that it was closed. We tried chatting on the website with no response. Had it not been for the kindness of someone who drove us to Moutiers to catch the bus to the airport, we would have all missed our flights. When we complained to Altibus, they said that the bus arrived but referred to the regional transit bus, which we were never told was how we were supposed to be transported. Never again will we book through Altibus.

We arrived on an overnight flight and were very happy to have received a message from our driver upon landing, found him easily and then had a pleasant and quick ride to our destination! We took the bus back at the end of our trip; we were sorry we didn’t book another car.

I've generally been very happy with Dial 7. However, on my most recent trip there was a difference between the amount on my confirmation and the amount I was charged. I was very disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof) as I tried to resolve a simple issue.
