I bought an item advertised very openly on their marketing as being made from a cotton fabric, looking high end, concealed zip detailing etc. What arrived was a cheap replica made from dodgy fabric and elasticated bands and exposed zips as opposed to the high end sewn garment marketed. They even allude in emails to the fact that "its common in the industry" for this to happen.🤯

Now won't refund the full amount, expect you to ship things back to China (despite selling from the UK) for £50 but offered a 15% refund if I kept the garment. No acknowledgement they had mis-sold or falsely advertised which is breaking the law. Escalating through my credit card provider...

Poor comms, no phone or address yo deal with them directly, only email. Do your research unlike I did folks!

The experience was great and Susie was incredibly helpful. This was the second time we have contacted the flight centre after using them to book our honeymoon last year. Although the final booking made was not the one originally quoted by Susie, she was a pleasure to work with, very efficient and we would definitely use the flight centre again.

The London city branch is particularly terrible! Unfortunately as they are the ‘ryanair’ of car hire it does work out much cheaper so you often have very little choice...but be cautious. Know what you’re getting, take lots of pics, get your own car hire excess insurance, don’t expect gold service and be prepared for quite poor interpersonal and communication skills! Also, their contracts... a load of vague rubbish. The amount of stuff it doesn’t cover is shocking but they are all mostly rather large mouthed so tend to bat away or BS their way through queries! The “rude boys” that is! I have met one or two nice people there however so fingers crossed you get lucky and get the one agent with half an ounce of common sense/ personality. Be brave and expect to be disappointed... 😄
