First fridge was damaged

First fridge was damaged. Was replaced and second one even more damaged. Had to compromise and accept a small discount and keep a damaged fridge rather than wait for a third one as who knows if that would have been okay.

Hi Andrew,

We can only apologise, its very rare that an item is delivered damaged, but for two units to arrive damaged is something that we have never come across before and simply unacceptable.

Three stars is extremely fair, especially after the inconvenience caused. We do appreciate your review and as I mentioned in discussions with you, we did raise this with the UK distributor for Montpellier who has raised this with both Montpellier and the courier used for our deliveries as it reflects badly on both them and us as a business.

We did refund you your requested amount immediately, so I hope at least on our part, the service we provided wasn't as bad as your experience with the wine coolers.

If you need anything at all in the future, you know where we are.
