Secret Subscription

I was advertised the product on Instagram. So sitting on my phone in the middle of the night I buy a $20 product.

I read it a bit that night.
Didn’t help me.
Didn’t log in again, $20 waste, oh well.

Then 30 days later I’m charged $70USD.
I’m Canadian, so $100?!
Apparently somewhere along the lines they duped me into agreeing to a $100 subscription….as if I was making a $1200 annual purchase decision, on my phone, at midnight.

I asked for a refund as I had never used the service and didn’t agree to a pricey subscription. I was told no.

Zamberlan has terrible customer…

Zamberlan has terrible customer service!
I have spent over a month trying to resolve an issue with them and after countless phone calls and emails, I have only been able to speak to someone once. During that call they also assured me that if I responded on email it would be resolved and yet I haven't heard from annyone. How is a company this large, this bad at even responding?

The financing department is an absolute mess. More examples then I could begin to write - just stay away. The time I wasted trying to give them money is absurd.

Dear Nicole Gallop,

We are very sorry to hear that our payment terms have caused confusion and apologize for it. Our aim is to provide all our customers with clear, efficient, yet simple procedures.

Our invoices are payable each month. We can save you the hassle of checking dates and arranging payments, and this way avoiding late fees, by setting up an automated method of payment such as direct debit or credit card.

Of course, you will still have time to review your invoice and if needed, ask for clarification, before payment is automatically taken. Transparency is key to us so we would always make sure any payment issue is resolved.

Setting up a direct debit or credit card payment is extremely easy. Simply log in www.myregus.com and go to the Accounts / Payment method section. It is that simple.

However, we will be happy to investigate the situation for you and clarify any pending concerns.

We appreciate your business, thank you.
