It was quite a quick and easy service. I visited the Brent Cross branch back in March 2022 as we wanted to replace our bedroom carpet with white laminate flooring and the member of the team was very helpful in breaking down the cost of materials and fitting. I have also ordered samples initially to see the type of laminate we required and we were satisfied with what we have received. Therefore it is time to process the full order and fitting. When I called the company today I already knew what I wanted and the personnel was super helpful to make this happen. Went for 15 m2 Kefe - Cirrus Oak including carpet removal, materials and fitting just under £1k with 12 month finance, and after signing the agreement they will call to arrange the date and time. Looking forward to this journey as we live in a central London area where lots of dust comes through the open windows and it will be much easier to clean laminate flooring. Visited shop for a disc brake replacement on Xiaomi 365 Pro. They have realised that they did not have the part so they refunded me immediately for the cost of the disc and assembly.

Ordered disc from Amazon and returned to the shop. Even though they were extremely, the guy (sorry I did not catch your name, but he is a tall chap in his 30s with ginger hair and passion for bicycles lol) had immediately fitted the new disc on my fiancé's scooter

The bike quality is very good and rolls on the semi slim wheels smoothly

I’ve ordered a hybrid “Boardman” bike and I’m going to convert it with an e-bike “mid-drive” kit. To be honest that was the only reason I needed the bicycle and I thought this Boardman will be reliable. Will see the outcome ;-)
