For some reason my payment failed. You cannot just change your payment details on your account. It took me many messages with different people to sort it out. If Penny had not actually read my message properly and addressed the issue it would have been one star.
We recently bought a mattress from John Doe. Hayley was very helpful and gave us as much time as we needed. Delivery was good, and nothing was too much trouble. This was a very different experience to when we had a mattress delivered by another company previously.

I ordered a freezer to be delivered. The delivery men were not at all helpful and complained a lot. They insisted it would not fit (it did). There was damage on the freezer. I could not face the delivery men again, so agreed to money off. This did not arrive and I had to chase them for payment.
