Miles who showed exceptional abilities in resolving my concerns …

I would like to give feedback on my experience with Tabeo.

The reason for my call was to initially make a payment on my account due to the missed payment for the month of September and, if possible, change the current payment date from the 17th of each month to the 26th.
I had made a number of calls and spoken to a few members of your staff.

I found many of your staff polite, friendly, and on the whole helpful.
There was one standout member of staff in my opinion.
Having worked for many years in the NHS at various different levels, including very senior roles, I can truly say that Miles was exceptional in the manner in which he dealt with my concern.
Firstly, he listened and showed great understanding of what my issue was. He identified how to resolve it in a timely fashion.
He gave me clear and accurate information and, most importantly, he did what he said he was going to do.
I still experience some problems resolving things.
I made another call because matters were still unresolved. I was told to repeat the exact process that I had completed on numerous occasions.
To my absolute relief, I got a call from Miles informing me that he had been able to action my request.
Miles went above and beyond what was required.
He explained to me that on checking on the outcome of my problem, he saw that it had not been resolved; therefore, he went ahead and did it.
In my humble opinion, the way in which he went about resolving my request and carried out his job was exemplary.
The qualities are rare and would make excellent candidates for senior roles in any organisation.

Give Dominique a payrise she deserves it!

Dominique, was quick in helping me with the problem I had. She informed me of what I need to do so it can be straight away and updated me once it was complete. This was my first time having to contact Tabeo, since I started my smile white journey and thanks to Dominique it was a stressful and easy. Thank you once again Dominique your a credit to Tabeo.

Payment issues

The customer service on a whole is poor, I spent hours trying to contact somebody from Tabeo. Firstly I tried their number which is now unavailable for customers to call, which is unacceptable considering the amount of money involved in these types of payments. I sat waiting on a live chat for someone to talk to for hours with no response, and then had to send 2 emails in the hope someone would reply asap. I had assistance from a person named Penny who was very helpful, but suggested that my actions were the reason for a double payment. They stated “I cancelled my direct debit before the payment was taken” which was false. I gave payment on Monday to which I then swapped my bank details for another account, to which the payment was taken a second time on the Friday. This is an unacceptable process as a lot of money is involved as stated above, and I was told I can only be refunded in up to 10 working days. This is a considerable amount of money to be down for 2 weeks. Overall service wasn’t great and I wouldn’t choose again for a loan.
