Poor inexperienced customer service advisors ..
I received an item I bought online for £24.99 , received with a price tag of £17.49 ..
was told , I’m still being charged £24.99 ..
this wouldn’t happen in a shop .. you pay the price what’s on the tag !
I took another 2 calls to find an experienced customer service agent to sort this and refund me the difference .
